ABOUT US
Nathaniel Barber
Nathaniel Barber is a Staff Accountant in our North Conway office supporting a range of client engagements including audit, individual tax, and business tax work. He enjoys the challenge of accounting. To Nathaniel, every project is a puzzle—one that’s solved through sharp thinking and attention to detail.
Nathaniel graduated magna cum laude from the University of New Hampshire with a two Bachelor of Science degrees – one in Accounting and one in Finance. He was a Paul Scholar all four years and served as Vice President of Finance for his fraternity, Alpha Sigma Phi. Before joining LMR full-time, he got a head start as an intern with the firm.
A lifelong New Hampshire resident, Nathaniel lives in his hometown with his family. His happy place is canoeing, kayaking, or just relaxing by the water. In fact, Nathaniel loves the water so much that as a child, he had dreams of being a pirate — before realizing that accounting might offer a more practical professional path.

Christina Osborne
Christina Osborne joined Leone, McDonnell & Roberts as a Staff Accountant and works out of the firm’s Wolfeboro office. Before coming on full-time, she interned at our Dover office during the fall semester while finishing school, gaining hands-on experience as she transitioned from the classroom to client work.
Christina earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Peter T. Paul College at the University of New Hampshire in 2025. She also earned an associate’s degree in Accounting from Great Bay Community College, where she received the Outstanding Achievement Award for being the top accounting student in her graduating class.
Prior to joining LMR, Christina worked in banking and spent several years teaching aerial dance, bringing both analytical thinking and creative discipline to her work. As a kid, Christina’s dream job changed once a week — everything from an interior designer, to a bank teller, to an actuary. However, once she took an accounting class in high school, the goal clicked, and it never wavered.
Outside of the office, Christina enjoys exploring historic homes and museums. One surprising fact about her past: she once performed an aerial dance routine for the opening of a TED Talk.

Anna Gerhard
Anna Gerhard is a Staff Accountant at LMR. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from the University of New Hampshire.
Before joining LMR, Anna gained hands-on experience at an audit-focused internship and additional work in tax and retirement audits. She also managed to complete her bachelor’s degree in just three years, giving herself room to accelerate straight into her Master of Science in Accounting, which she earned in 2026.
In her role at the firm, Anna blends audit and tax work, with a focus on audit. What she likes most about the field is the clear growth path and variety within audit – she’s looking forward to taking on a retirement audit and eventually branching into nonprofit work. She also appreciates that LMR knows how to work hard and get things done, while still leaving room for fun.
Anna calls Dover, NH home and the beach is her happy place. She’s currently studying for the CPA exam and is a member of the AICPA, NECPA, and Beta Alpha Psi. In her free time, she loves cooking up new recipes, skiing in the winter, and swimming and hiking in the summer. Top of Anna’s bucket list: a trip to Italy, followed by Germany, where her family roots run deep.

Kate’s history with LMR goes back further than her official start date. She interned with the firm during the summer of 2025, which gave her a firsthand look at the team and the work before she came on board full-time. She’s currently studying for her NH CPA license and is a member of both the AICPA and NECPA. What keeps Kate energized about the field is simple: she loves helping people with their taxes.
When she’s not at the office, Kate’s likely out enjoying her happy place, the White Mountains, where she loves skiing, hiking, or just going out for a walk. When asked what she likes most about working at LMR, her answer was short and sweet: the people.
