ABOUT US
Kimberly Belair
Kimberly started her career at Leone, McDonnell & Roberts in 2015 after graduating from Plymouth State University. During her time at Plymouth State, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in Professional Communication. She also earned the distinction of being a Top 20 Senior and graduating summa cum laude (she doesn’t like to brag—but we’re happy to do it for her!).
A Manager in our Dover, New Hampshire office, Kimberly has focused on auditing, with some tax work that spans nonprofits, manufacturing, and employee benefit plan audits. Kimberly loves working with clients in various industries, gaining an understanding of different verticals, forming professional relationships, traveling to clients, and working as a team to achieve goals and deadlines. She also assists in the firm’s recruiting process and training new staff members, proving that she’s a true team player willing to jump in and help out with whatever the firm needs.
Kimberly is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants (NHSCPA). She serves on both the Society’s Board of Directors and on the Young Professionals Committee. An active member of the Board of Directors for Dover Adult Learning Center (DALC), Kimberly serves as the Treasurer and on the Finance Committee.
A resident of Somersworth, NH, Kimberly enjoys camping, boating, snowboarding, and spending time with family and friends. With a strong sense of adventure and passion for travel, Kim hopes to visit all of the National Parks in the United States.

Angela M. Zakon
Angela joined the Leone, McDonnell & Roberts, Professional Association team in 2008 and currently serves as Manager in our North Conway office where she specializes in a variety of tax and audit services. Her areas of expertise include audit, reviews, and compilation services within the nonprofit sector as well as tax preparation and planning for individuals, partnerships, and S corporations in a wide range of industries. In her role as Manager, Angela gets to do what she does best: use her accounting and business skills to help individuals and organizations financially succeed.
Beyond her professional support of Leone, McDonnell & Roberts’ clients, Angela also lends her invaluable insight to colleagues and local organizations as a teacher and trainer. She has partnered with the Mount Washington Valley Economic Council’s Nonprofit Bootcamp where she’s taught courses on several industry-relevant topics including

• Board responsibilities for nonprofit organizations
Angela’s problem solving and math skills prompted her to pursue a BS in Accountancy from Case Western Reserve University where she graduated cum laude. In 1992, she launched her professional accounting career at Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) where she gained invaluable experience partnering with clients that specialized in financial services. Coopers & Lybrand is also where Angela first developed her affinity for teaching and training.
Over the last 25+ years, Angela has gained the experience, skills, and competencies needed to serve and support clients with a diverse range of accounting issues. Her unwavering professionalism, follow-through, and organizational capabilities are just some of the many key differentiators that have contributed to Angela’s success at Leone, McDonnell & Roberts.
When she’s not in the office, you’ll find Angela spending time with her husband, Robert, and two sons at their Center Conway home, where she stays active by gardening, hiking, skiing, and reading. For Angela, the combination of working at an accounting firm with such a strong commitment to quality while living in a beautiful, small mountain town is the ultimate professional/personal life balance.

Laura O’Keefe
Laura joined Leone, McDonnell & Roberts, Professional Association in 2016. In her role as Supervisor, Laura specializes in tax preparation and filing. Laura welcomes and thrives on the breakneck speed of tax management; she loves the challenge of always having something new to learn and master based on individual client need. She works on a part-time basis year round, extending her hours throughout the tax season to ensure her clients receive the professional accounting attention and expertise they deserve during what’s often their most chaotic time of year.
Laura graduated from Cornell University with a BA in Economics. She began her accounting career in 1994 and started at a local accounting firm in 1998 as a Supervisor. During her time at this firm, Laura gained valuable experience…working closely with clients in a multitude of industries, helping them navigate through a diverse range of financial situations including business valuation and forensic accounting. Her almost 25 years of experience has made her an invaluable asset to the Leone, McDonnell and Roberts team where she continuously raises the bar on what clients can expect from an accounting professional.
When not navigating through the busy tax season push, Laura enjoys summers spent with her three teenage sons at her home in Stratham. An avid hiker and traveler, Laura strives to combine these passions as often as possible; she once hiked across England, from coast to coast!

Lynn E. Kasch
Lynn has been with Leone, McDonnell & Roberts, Professional Association since 2002. In her 15+ years with the firm, Lynn has served in a multitude of capacities, proving that when it comes to accounting proficiencies, there’s truly nothing she can’t (and more importantly, nothing she won’t) do to support her growing portfolio of clients.
In her current role as Supervisor in our Wolfeboro, NH branch, Lynn’s area of expertise includes single audit, trusts, and estate. Lynn loves doing taxes (yes, really) and working with intricate number detail throughout the preparation and filing process. Her enthusiasm for her work shows; Lynn’s clients value her experience and insight, knowing their tax responsibilities are in capable, competent hands.
A Toledo, Ohio native, Lynn pursued an advanced accounting certificate in Accounting Coursework from Northeastern University after earning her MBA from the University of Detroit. Prior to joining Leone, McDonnell & Roberts, Lynn sharpened her accounting skills at a tax practice in Revere, MA as well as a CPA firm in Lowell, MA. As a seasoned team veteran, Lynn partners with Leone, McDonnell & Roberts clients running businesses in a diverse range of verticals including Community Action Partnership, a local nonprofit organization that provides services, assistance, and care to residents in need.
Accounting isn’t Lynn’s only passion. She’s a self-proclaimed “gardening fanatic” who spends her free time outside honing her green thumb. She’s also an avid animal advocate who has volunteered countless hours at a local cat rescue center over the past six years. Lynn’s professional affiliation with Community Action has also inspired her personal life; she’s currently forming her own not-for-profit cat rescue organization to give back to her surrounding community.

Katie Bell
Katie arrived at Leone, McDonnell & Roberts after graduating summa cum laude from UNH with a B.S. in Business Administration with an option in Accounting 2012 and an M.S. in Accounting in 2013. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants (NHSCPA).
Katie focuses her expertise primarily on audit and attestation engagements for closely-held businesses and not-for-profit organizations, including single audits. She also performs tax preparation services for closely-held businesses and not-for-profit organizations. In her role as Supervisor, Katie gets to work and problem solve with various audit teams, as well as build strong client partnerships. Her talent for mastering constantly-evolving standards and excitement for learning new things have made her an invaluable asset to the Leone, McDonnell & Roberts team.
An Exeter, NH native, Katie moved to Dover after college, where she currently resides. Outside the office, when the weather is nice, you can find her out on the Dover Community Trail. She is also an avid hockey fan and enjoys baking. Katie loves foreign languages and has studied five languages besides English, earning a Spanish minor in college.

Abby Lamothe
A licensed New Hampshire CPA, Abby Lamothe joined Leone, McDonnell & Roberts in 2018. She first started with the firm as an intern in the summer of 2014, while she was completing her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of New Hampshire. Abby is a Supervisor in our Dover office.
Abby received her Master of Science in Accounting in 2015 and entered the workforce, gaining significant professional auditing experience as a healthcare and nonprofit auditor traveling throughout the northeast. And now—she’s back with us, where she not only gets to use her auditing skills on an almost daily basis, but she also spends her time helping new staff, organizing and planning jobs, and working directly with some of our many nonprofit organizations. In Abby’s own words, she comes to work every day excited to “help individuals and organizations navigate their financial data with confidence.”
Abby is a member of both the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She enjoys getting involved in the local community serving on the Board of Directors for the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce, as the Treasurer for Seacoast Eat Local and volunteering at the Pope Memorial Humane Society. She is also the founder of Seacoast Sweet Stitches, a group for fiber enthusiasts that focuses on knitting, crochet, embroidery, sewing, and more.
Abby also enjoys exercising and getting outside whenever possible and has been known to combine two of her passions by knitting while running 5Ks!

Christine Chrysafidis
Christine first started at Leone, McDonnel & Roberts as an intern in the summer 2017. Her talent and work ethic impressed us so much we offered her a job before she left to complete her senior year of college. She graduated in 2018 from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting, and promptly joined our team full time as an Accountant.
During her time with the firm, Christine has focused primarily on audit and tax services, but has also contributed to our review and compilation capabilities. She loves spending her time helping clients and developing strong professional partnerships. She also enjoys continually gaining industry knowledge and accounting expertise—and it shows! In 2020, Christine earned her certified public accountant designation and in July 2023, she was promoted to Supervisor. Christine assists with the firm’s hiring and recruitment initiatives as well as the LMR mentor program.
Outside of the office, Christine enjoys going to the beach, boating and spending time with her family.

Steven A. Kiander
Steven A. Kiander, a seasoned Certified Public Accountant (CPA), brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Leone, McDonnell & Roberts team. Born and raised in Goffstown, NH, Steven graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a B.S. in Business Administration. With 15 years of experience as a CPA for the State of New Hampshire and an additional decade in public accounting, Steven has honed his skills in serving small, closely-held businesses, LLCs, partnerships, and trusts/estates. His specialties include tax return preparation, consulting, tax projection, and state filing requirements.
Steven is passionate about the accounting and finance field because it allows him to help individuals and businesses stay focused on their goals, including financial growth, retirement planning, or ensuring federal and state compliance. His dedication to his clients is evident in his systematic approach to their unique financial situations.
Steven served as the Treasurer of the New Hampshire Snowmobile Association (NHSA) for five years (2019-2023) and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Outside of work, he enjoys camping with his wife and children at Old Orchard Beach, biking, BBQing, and relaxing. He loves meeting new people, making friends, and supporting the New Hampshire Special Olympics, a charity close to his heart.

Jill Guptill
Jill first joined the Leone, McDonnell & Roberts team in 1995 — and has been with us off and on while raising her family ever since. A skilled and experienced CPA, Jill has specialized in audits and taxes throughout her lengthy tenure with Leone, McDonnell & Roberts. She thrives in our bustling professional environment, where she enjoys getting to know the specific needs of our clients and adapts easily to the constantly changing nature of the work.
Raised in Lebanon, Maine, Jill currently resides in Milton, New Hampshire where she volunteers her time and services throughout the community. She currently serves on on the leadership team of Be The Village, NH. When not in the office or helping others in the community, Jill enjoys spending time with her husband Mark and their two children.

Molly Burns
Molly, a Senior Accountant, first joined Leone, McDonnell & Roberts in 2017 as an intern. She likes to joke that we’ve been “stuck” with her since then — we like to say it was our good fortune we managed to convince her to join us full-time in 2019.
Molly graduated from UNH with a degree in Business Administration and with a focus in Accounting. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Accounting at UNH. As Certified Public Accountant, Molly works with clients in Stratham and Dover on tax preparations and audits. She comes at accounting like a puzzle — and she’s excellent at putting the pieces together for our taxpayers.
When not in the office, Molly enjoys the outdoors with her horses, visiting Nashville, and going on adventures to find cute coffee shops around the seacoast and beyond.

Daniel Krivitsky
Daniel works at Leone, McDonnell & Roberts as a Senior Accountant. A University of New Hampshire graduate, Dan earned his degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance. He also holds a minor in Forensic Accounting. Dan passed the rigorous CPA exam in 2022 and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Before joining the Leone, McDonnell & Roberts team, Daniel gained valuable experience as a tax intern and a medical underwriting intern. He came on board with us in 2020, spending most of his time working preliminarily on nonprofit audits. In the future, we expect he’ll also assist with nonprofit compilations and reviews as well as individual and business tax returns. No matter what he’s spending his time on in the office, he’s doing it with a focus on service excellence and client satisfaction. Daniel continuously strives to learn new things about the accounting field or find new ways to improve current practices and standards.
When not helping clients, Daniel spends his free time outdoors. A lifelong resident of Alton, New Hampshire, Daniel loves spending time with friends and family on Lake Winnipesaukee. He also enjoys giving back to the community, participating in Alzheimer’s Association walks and local events whenever possible.

Megan McDonald
Megan is Senior Accountant at Leone, McDonnell & Roberts. As a child, Megan wanted to be a veterinarian. However, once she learned the job required more than cuddling cats and dogs, she decided she needed a Plan B! So, she focused on accounting and business instead, earning an Associate of Science in Accounting and Bachelor of Science in Business at Husson University, where she graduated summa cum laude. She also earned her MBA from Husson University in 2019. Megan is a Certified Public Accountant, passing the rigorous CPA exam in 2022.
Before joining Leone, McDonnell & Roberts, Megan worked as a bookkeeper and tax preparer for four and a half years at Debit One Bookkeeping. As a Senior Accountant in our North Conway location, Megan works with clients who have a wide range of tax and accounting needs, including audits, reviews, and compilations. She loves the diversity of her role and enjoys helping people in various financial situations.
Megan holds an American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB) membership and serves on the Scholarship Selection Committee for the Kennett High School Alumni Association and as a Board Member for the North Conway Cemetery Association. She is also a Certified Bookkeeper and QuickBooks Online Certified. When she’s not working with clients, Megan spends her time with husband Ryan and their two dogs and two cats.
