Welcomes Three New Team Members

pleased to announce the addition of three new team members: Jalyn Pearl, Janie Donahue, and Nathaniel Barber. Their diverse backgrounds and talents further strengthen the firm’s commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients across the region.

Jalyn Pearl is a Staff Accountant at Leone, McDonnell & Roberts in the firm’s Dover office, supporting both audit and tax engagements across a variety of industries. A resident of Haverhill, Massachusetts, Jalyn graduated summa cum laude from Bentley University with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Accounting at Bentley. Prior to joining the firm, she gained two years of experience as a business intern in the public utilities sector.

Janie Donahue is a Staff Accountant in the firm’s Dover office, where she focuses on audit engagements. A Fremont, New Hampshire resident, Janie graduated from Merrimack College in 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a concentration in accounting. She earned President’s List honors each semester and completed a semester-long co-op with a local accounting firm, gaining hands-on audit experience.

Nathaniel Barber is a Staff Accountant in Leone, McDonnell & Roberts’ North Conway office, supporting a range of client engagements including audit, individual tax, and business tax work. A Bartlett, New Hampshire resident, Nathaniel graduated magna cum laude from the University of New Hampshire, earning two separate bachelor’s degrees – one in accounting and one in finance. He gained valuable experience through an internship with the firm prior to joining full-time and was a four-year Paul Scholar while serving as Vice President of Finance for his fraternity, Alpha Sigma Phi.
