Welcome, Brody & Michelle to the Firm

We are excited to announce the addition of two new team members: Brody DeMasi and Michelle Sewell. Each brings valuable experience and a strong commitment to client service, further strengthening the firm’s ability to deliver trusted accounting services across the region.

Brody DeMasi joins the firm as a Staff Accountant based in the Wolfeboro office. A 2026 graduate of Plymouth State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Brody earned Dean’s List honors during both semesters of his final year.

Brody’s work includes tax preparation as well as audit, review, and compilation field work, and he has gained valuable experience through his internships with Leone, McDonnell & Roberts, beginning during the 2025 busy season. He has developed a strong interest in taxation and enjoys helping clients navigate complex situations and identify opportunities for savings. His decision to join the firm full time reflects his appreciation for its collaborative, supportive environment and strong team culture.

Outside the office, Brody enjoys staying active through golf, basketball, and time at the gym, and he especially enjoys spending time at Hermit Island, Maine.

Michelle Sewell joins Leone, McDonnell & Roberts as a Client Accounting Specialist, bringing more than 20 years of experience helping businesses maintain strong financial operations. In her role, Michelle works directly with clients on bookkeeping, payroll, and general accounting, ensuring they have the clarity and support needed to focus on running their businesses. She is also a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor (Level 2).

A magna cum laude graduate of McIntosh College and a lifelong resident of Lebanon, Maine, Michelle combines deep technical knowledge with a genuine, people-first approach. She values the firm’s supportive and collaborative culture and enjoys building relationships with both colleagues and clients. Outside of work, she enjoys crocheting, gardening, canning, and spending time with her husband, adult children, and four grandchildren. She is also an active supporter of the My Breast Cancer Support Foundation, participating in its annual 5K and Gala by the Sea.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Brody and Michelle to the firm,” said Managing Partner Evan Stowell. “Their experience, enthusiasm, and commitment to client service reflect the values that define our firm and will continue to strengthen the support we provide to our clients and communities.”
