LMR Welcomes Three New Team Members

The Certified Public Accounting firm of Leone, McDonnell & Roberts, PA is pleased to welcome Steven Kiander, CPA, Nicholas Patti, and Maria Fellows to its team.

Certified Public Accountant Steven Kiander joins the firm as a Supervisor in the Dover office. Bringing over 25 years of experience in both private and public accounting, Steven specializes in tax planning, return preparation and compliance for small, closely-held businesses, LLCs, partnerships, and trusts/estates. He attended the University of New Hampshire, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1995. Steven is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants (NHSCPA). With a strong commitment to serving others, Steven passionately supports the New Hampshire Special Olympics, has served on local boards, and has been involved with nonprofit fundraising. Outside of work Steven enjoys camping, biking, and relaxing with family and friends.

Nicholas “Nick” Patti’s professional journey began with an accounting internship at Leone, McDonnell & Roberts while he was a Dean’s List student at the University of New Hampshire. Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in the spring, Nick began his full-time staff accountant career in the firm’s Dover office in July 2024. Nick resides in Plaistow and enjoys golfing and spending time with friends and family.

Maria Fellows also jumpstarted her accounting career by completing an internship with the firm and began her full time work in August as a Staff Accountant in the Dover office. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2023 followed by a master’s degree in professional accountancy in 2024 from Southern New Hampshire University. Raised in Manchester, Maria is a current resident of Hooksett, and outside of the office, she likes to snowboard, watch basketball and play golf.
