Accountant / CPA Opportunities

The ideal candidate will be experienced in various areas of tax, be team-oriented, and work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Tax professionals at our firm are primarily responsible for federal and state tax return planning, preparation and support for individuals, corporations, partnerships and trusts. January – April.

Responsibilities:
– Prepare and file tax returns accurately and timely for clients.
– Utilize accounting software to input financial data and ensure compliance.
– Analyze financial documents to identify tax savings opportunities.
– Communicate with clients to gather necessary information.
– Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to provide accurate advice.
– Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional service.

Skills/Qualifications/Experience:

  • 2-5 years tax preparation / public accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • CPA license preferred, but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently or in team setting
  • Ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines
  • Knowledge, proficiency and aptitude for applicable software and firm technology, including Microsoft Office applications
